Let me use this as a teaching opportunity: First, I believe the word is "semitic." Moreover, the phrase "Jerusalem on the Brazos" is used jokingly by folks to refer to Waco and Baylor University (the world's largest Baptist university). What place could be more holy goes their logic, hence the reference to Jerusalem. This has nothing to do with the Jewish population of Waco, which might number 5 or 6 on a good day.
When in Waco, eat at the Elite Cafe (your reward if you can survive the Circle). Where the Elite meet to eat; Elvis once ate there. (To others, I am serious and they even have that little ditty on their sign.)

Have fun in the Lone Star State! May it be on earth as it is in Texas. Seriously, are you down at Baylor (aka Jerusalem on the Brazos)?
That's anti-Semetic!
Have a safe trip.

Haha
You all have Baylor down.
It is even self-nicknamed that.
Yes I am here...it's a beautiful campus.
Nice people, good looking-Texas girls.
